My previous answers to this question didnt help me I just got shocking comments about not killing ladybirds I didnt want to kill them I just would like to ged rid of the problem I am a nature lover but this problem needs to be dealt with.

its a simple solution ....
use some turmeric powder at all the joints of windows and doors they can enter from ...it will drive them away due to the smell
if this does not work mix the turmeric powder in water and then apply it Th's will surely help!!!

Rob I answered your previous question, and you didn't say they were indoors! You would need to get the local Environmental Health department involved as well as a qualified entomologist to identify the type of ladybirds. As I said before certain varieties are protected by British law and you cannot touch them. If the ones you have are not rare then I'm sure something could be done to eradicate them.

I have the same problem with a bush full just outside my window. I am having to keep the windows shut, but some still manage to get in, don't ask me how, so I was hoping for a good answer to this one, as my puppy keeps trying to eat them! Ugh! I'll me marking this question to see if anyone comes up with a good answer. Fly killer does seem to kill them, but I hate the stuff and don't want my dog to eat any of it!

I assume that you mean ladybugs and not some kind of bird. The only control I know is insecticide spraying

Seal your windows. It's getting cold, they want warm, they aren't stupid, they know where to go. That's really your only option.
