My good friend is no longer spending anytime with me or the rest of our group of friends because she spends ALL of her time with her new boyfriend, who is a complete idiot!She says she doesnt want to come out with us anymore because we have started hanging bout with a couple of boys, who are by the way very nice and mature, unlike her immature boyfriend. But this isn't really the reason, because she doesnt come out with us even when the boys arent with us. She spends 24/7 with her boyfriend.
What can I say to her to make her realise she is slowly losing all her friends, but not to hurt her feelings?

it's not unusual for girls to devote every minute to a new boyfriend, especially when they are needy and lack self-esteem. they can't find a 'balance' between their friends, responsibilities, regular living and the boyfriend thing.
She is probably old enough to figure out that she's losing her friends. she's not considering YOUR feelings, so let it go.
