A person calles me BEST FRIEND, but then stoods me up all the time. calls me stupid and stuff...
should i be offended?
Cause she doesn't wanna talk normally she thinks i'm stupid and don't get her fragile world.

Best friends don't do that.
Good friends should have positive things to say about each other, not negative.
Tell her how you feel. She either changes or she stops being your friend. You win either way.

i'm sure there are other people in your world who treat you better.
