This has already been patched on the inside, but now there is condensation on the wall sometimes (not often, but still), and the floor below the crack is starting to crack as well. One solution I got is to build drains on the outside of the house to carry away water.
The only way to solve it is to fix the exterior of the cement wall, which lies under my porch!! (Which happens to be under my new roof!) Is there a way to get to it by going under the porch?? The crack is straight down in one place.

try to build a huge prop under the porch, sometimes, some of th eolder home building companys have left over concrete picture window beams and that would work out really great ,especially if you used some pneumatic jacks to put them in place, this is no easy task, but you have to plan correctly to save your house and do it right, once you dig down all the way to where the basment fllor begins outdoors, you will need to wirebrush off the entire wall,i advise use a big spaace heater to heat it up to dry it,dig under the floor as well and once you are satisfied, use as much air drying compund over and over again as you want, then try to figure on pouring sand and pea gravel in the place of dirt, except pour lots of concrete under the stablilized pourch pillars and you may want to build a thin retaining wall of pure granite concrete to the surface, once at the surface, lay out at an angle away from your house a 'concrete lid' facing away from house an di suggest all around your house to keep the basement dry.this should fix it permanently

Without my seeing the porch, it is hard to say. Digging out the foundation wall by hand in a confined area is almost impossible.

You should look for a contractor in your area that specializes in foundation repairs, such as a basement wall anchor service. They stabilize the walls fro the inside, then waterproof with an inside french drain.

You may first have to find out why the wal cracked to begin with.

widen the crack with a diamond blade on your grinder and combine some portland and nice sand or use a hydraulic cement and tension it into the crack with a margin trowel...hose down the crack first...
