Um...ever think of therapy? I'm sure there are others, but you are the first one I've HEARD of that wants to be a killer. What good does that do? The idea behind trying to figure out a career is so that you can be a productive person in society at large. Killing is so passe.....look at the newspapers & watch the news on TV - everybody is doing it. Be different - have a real job.
Your career officer is not "guiding you properly" because your ambition is to kill people. What he really should be doing is contacting the police.

Perhaps you could the serial killer bit as a hobby. I mean, all the famous serial killers had day jobs & killed people in their free time.
