Right click on your desktop and choose "properties." Choose the "settings" tab and see what size your desk top is.

Open the picture in a photo-editing program and find the "resize" option (usually under "file" or "edit"), then change the settings to equal the size of your desktop. Do a "save-as" (in the "file" menu) to save the picture with a different file name than the original, and then put that new one on your desktop (background or wallpaper).

take whatever picture u have .. put the cursor over the picture right click on the picture .. a drop down menu will appear left click on set as desktop simple as that
