okay so if sally gets her very first period on the 4th of the month then her second on the 13th of a month when should she expect her third?

The third period could come at any time. It takes some time in order for your cycle, and periods to become regular.

When it comes. Periods are very unpredictable for SEVERAL years after they first start. Sally could get it at any time. She won't be able to predict it for awhile.

If it is your very first period then it will be irregular. But if it isn't keep track of your cycle as in mark they days you have your period and then you should see a patter. Here's a website where you can track your period.

any time really, the first periods you get can be very irregular, it might take a few months for them to settle down into a pattern

its usually like 28 days difference so count 28 and then expect it just like 2 or 3 days earlier i know its complicated hope it helps

I would let your obgyn know about this.That is to soon to be having Periods that close.
