Anytime is fine as long as they're properly decorated. Put some fake cobwebs on them for Halloween.

Well any time is a good time to let out your balls, just make sure you wash them first before you display them to your friends and family, as they could be quite dusty from being in the box all year.......

Depends on your locale. I leave my pointers out all year here in Texas. Your balls may not be appropriate in Michigan. Unless they are blue. And from the looks of you in your avatar, that would be my guess.

its traditional to start putting things of that nature out after Thanksgiving, but if its something to brag about, I would start at the beginning of November

If it its those super large ones I would wait til it gets a good bit colder so they freeze! When they get frost on them it creates a beautiful pattern!
