Its important to bear in mind, that every human being in this world is different, no two faces or bodies are the same. Your 'inferiority' as you may refer to it, can also be seen as a unique or individual quality. What makes you feel these things are 'inferior' to everyone else?, if there is no norm amongst human beings, how can their possibly be any form of inferiority?. The main foolishness of the gross materialistic lifestyle is that people work very hard for what they think will be a permanent home, family, or career. What upsets most people is when they learn or experience that nothing is permanent. Something always happens sooner or later to disrupt or take away what they have all happiness and distress have no essential reality in material existence. They go on as regular events, with you or without you. The more we think we are these material bodies that need to be served and catered to, the more we will be absorbed in the illusory highs and lows of life, which have little to do with who and what we really are. This is the main reason why our material engagements are limited in how much happiness or pleasure they can ever give us. ultimate purpose of human existence wherein is found the highest levels of happiness and pleasure.....

If we observe children(adults in the making),it becomes clear that peace and happiness should be the natural state of all human beings. On our way to growth as adults,we learn things which train us to be wanting more and more.Non fulfillment of desires is a major cause of unhappiness. Therefore, unhappiness is a cognitive or a learned behavior and not a natural trait of humans. As a support to this idea,we find that degree of happiness is much higher amongst most primitive tribes for the same reasons.Fortunately,we can.learn to be happy and contended to a great degree,if we wish to.

Its a good job we are never happy.
It is this fact that has made us what we are.
If we were happy all the time we would sit back and do nothing.
It is this constant striving to be happy that has made the human race always invent more things and try to cure all diseases and progress technically as we always will.
When we are all happy, we will just sit down and do nothing more.
We will stagnate.
As my wife says, 'you are never happy'

Further to my answer I notice that 'brkshand ' has pointed out that primitive tribes are happier.
The reason they are still primitive is because they are happy.
What do you want in life to live in a primitive tribe or live with the benefits of modern technology brought about by people being dissatisfied with their existence.

'Never Happy.' That's a bit strong isn't it. I remember a time in 1986 when I was very Happy, thanks. Then there was a time in 1990 when I was really VERY Happy too.

Why is it that human being use the term 'never' or 'best ever' or 'always,' for example, without thought as to just what that words themselves means? They get simply 'chucked about' with extravagance as you might with say, scatter cushions.

Why do human being ALWAYS ask questions and NEVER EVER read the answers written - nor consider there are better ways to ask them an illicit fuller answers?

Human beings are happy. Probably you want to ask why human beings are never satisfied.
Human beings, even if they become presidents of the world, they will never be satisfied. They will still run after something!
They can only be satisfied with DEATH

Because they look for happiness in the wrong places.

They think happiness is in the High Street, the Lottery, money, greed, self, ego and all the other places they are conditioned into believing happiness lurks.

The only place to find happiness is between your ears, use your brain to establish YOUR values and stop relying on a load of lying charletons telling you what to buy and what to do to be happy.

In the UK we used to have a TV advertisement "Happiness is a cigar called Hamlet" wheras the truth was "The cause of cancer, heart disease, bad breath, passive poisoning is a cigar called Hamlet".

Its your brain, your life, your values that matter, the rest is just propaganda.

Because most people want what they don't have and when they get what we want, they don't want it anymore. It's like that Sheryl Crow song, there were lyrics that went like this: "It's not having what you want, it's wanting what you've got." That and also people seem to choose to not be happy. Things like being happy or being sad or being offended, it's really a choice. Even when it comes to having the most horrible thing happen to you/anyone.
