ok so last month i got my period on the 7th of september about i think a day before it ended my husband and i had sex and he came inside, so whatever then this month (october) i got my period on the 7th but this time it only lasted 3 days, then friday i got what i think was a yeast infection so i bought monistat and only used it one day b/c the next day the itching and burning was gone, i feel fine and all but could this be a sign of pregnancy?... i was reading on the monistat directions and it was saying that pregnancy could be the cause of a yeast infection, i went today to buy a pregnancy test at cvs and i was using my credit card but the guy behind the counter told me that their machines were acting up, so i'm thinking of going to another one to pick one up. but do you think it's to early to take one? i'm just curious to know if anyone has known of something like this

If that's a sign of pregnancy then I'm in trouble! My kids are now 25 and 30 respectively! I'm looking for grandchildren at this point in my life, not more children! If this is what you want though, I hope it works out for you (-:

Hello, I'm on the second week and seeing definite improvement on my yeast infection symptoms:

Note that: If the yeast infection doesn't respond to over the counter treatment, prescription medication will likely be necessary. Similarly, if the symptoms return after two months of being treated, you should contact the doctor for professional treatment rather than resorting again to home treatment.

If this is the first time you have experienced a yeast infection, you should schedule an appointment to have the condition treated by a doctor instead of resorting to home treatment

It may very possible that you are pregnant, but not 100%
As you know yeast infections can be caused by several different things.
I suggest you read the Instructions on EPT or one of the many out there and see when the best time is to take the test and go from there.

Yeast infections are more commonly caused by sweat and/or lack of ventilation (pants too tight or combination of pants and tights), sometimes sitting down too long can also cause it. Don't wear underwear in bed. Never heard of Monistat. If it contains a hydrocortisone, that's OK. If not, find one that does. Wash area twice a day before applying cream.

Since you had your period in October, you are probably no pregnant. There are other causes for yeast infection, besides pregnancy.

YEAST INFECTION is from getting poop in the vagina...
It happens when a female wipes her bum from the rectum, up across the vagina, and trace poop gets onto the opening to the vagina...

It also happens in sex play when the penis slips out of the vag, and touches the rectum, and is inserted back into the vag dirty with trace poop on it... Best to immediately run to the john, and wash the poop off the penis before reinserting it, or vaginitis is a sure thing...

Same goes for acne, which is poop on the face, from unwashed hands touching the face, and applying trace poop on the skin...

One of the big problems in the world is that kids haven't a clue about germs these days, and they don't bother to wash their hands after using the toilet.. which causes those vile diseases like vaginitis and acne... And as result, everything they touch in the public domain is now coated with a thin coating of their kiddie poop.. which is why there is so much disease in humanity.. like when university groups ran test on the candies at the cashier in restaurants, they found there was more dried urine in those candy bowls than on washroom doorknobs...

WASH YOUR HANDS PEOPLE...

i have never heard of it, but it wouldnt hurt to buy the test. usually the first signs of pregnancy are sore nipples, similar symtoms of the flu, your clothes not fitting right, like you have pms, and cramps. if you arent feeling much different than usual you may not be. but some people may not notice until they are showing. good luck.
