My daughter microwaved her husbands underwear because the dryer was broken. The pants caught on fire and the fire department came to put it out!! A lot of excitement over an error in judgement!! LOL!

Those mints hard candies. It melted the plate that they were on. Well I was a kid playing around with the microwave without any supervision. I'm still amazed, that I did not set my grandmother's house on fire :P

Rice in a sock-if you put rice in a sock & sew it up, then heat it in a microwave, it makes a super heating pad.
