I'm wondering what are some good movies to watch around this time of year. Since it's almost Halloween, I like to watch a LOT of scary movies. I'm mostly into old 80's and 90's horror movies...so any good suggestions would be really helpful. Thanks!

If you want a Halloween movie that isn't scary, I recommend The Nightmare Before Christmas. I don't think the movie should be liked as much as it is, but it is still very good. Sleepy Hollow isn't too scary either, and its good. Tim Burton is a good director... psychotic as he is haha. Edit: I can list scary movies like everyone else did, but I thought you wanted not scary films. The Amityville Horror, The Exorcism of Emily Rose, The Grudge, The Ring, The Descent, Constantine (not real scary, very good), The Texas Chainsaw Massacre etc. All excellent movies.. not many cheap jump scares.. you're instead scared the whole time.

The original Halloween of course is the best Halloween movie ever.

i think u should watch the orginal version of the excsorist thats a really good movie to watch during this time ohh yeah dont watch the remake it sucks
