Electrolysis is nearly permanent. You could wax regularly- it's better than shaving....why get rid of those hairs anyway?

1 pint gasoline

1 pound of gunpowder

Mix them to a smooth paste. Spread paste over scrotum.

Put lit match to paste. When the smoke clears, that unwanted hair will be gone.
