what kind of wireless signal works with every compute?

i have a wireless laptop and would like to take it to coffeeshops to work on, but ive found T-Mobile is a signal that requires an account, ........what about Boingo, or independent......??

what signal should i look for that works with all computers?

ALL signal work with ALL computers that have WIFI installed, BUT, they are NOT all free.

hence T-Mobile needs an account to cherge you for the service (as this is what it is) It COSTS MONEY to install and run Wifi hotspots.
