Inetl I was unable to open the audio file. Let's assume there is a pause. I hardly think that is evidence. Maybe she had to wipe her tears or blow her nose. Without seeing the actual occurence, I can not come to any conclusion. but thanks for posting the link.

At the risk of offending the congregation worshiping at the feet of the newly canonized St. Kate, allow me to return the challenge - Pro-McCanns, show me YOUR proof that the MCCanns are innocent.
Would a completely innocent person refuse to answer 40 questions when it is the life of her own flesh and blood at stake?
There's an old saying, 'Blood is thicker than water," but in the case of the McCann's the pungent smell of liquor and the compound interest piling up on the millions in donations seem to be far more alluring.
The whole McCann case epitomizes what is wrong with this society - an irresponsible, callous, deceitful woman and her equally shallow and deceitful husband who sacrifice their own children on the altar of convenience are turned into celebrities, while a hard-working innocent bystander is vilified and financially ruined. Noone seems to think of HIS pain and agony because he's not of the 'right' class.

I doubt if you will get any sensible answers from the anti brigade. If there were any proof of wrong doing by the McCanns they would have been arrested by now.There maybe a case of child neglect by leaving them alone and unsupervised. Only time will tell if the authorities charge them on this count. My hope is that little Maddie is found alive and well and the real perpetrators are found and brought to justice

The (behavioral) evidence is circumstantial but when viewed collectively over the 5 months and in context of a missing child- reflects some odd remarks and inconsistencies.

No one knows where little Maddy McCann is.
This is proof of parental neglect. The McCanns should be prosecuted, tried, and convicted of this, and their two remaining children put in foster care.
