how do you access bluetooth on the lg chocolate?

please help just got it today and need to know who to get to bluetooth :)

There is a connectivity plan.
Simple way to fix is call VZ used to work there and they have a walk through system in the comptuer any customer service person can do this one for you.
It may take 15 mnutes and call from a land line. you cannot be on the cell
