I mean, married nine times - so many men wanted her (I can't marry once), or bad - she is not good, and men run away eventually? Still, they wanted her at the beginning, so she has something attractive about her?

I thought I was bad with just the one failed marriage but this is ridiculous.
Nine divorces is a sign that she has no idea of committment or what love really is, I would treat it as a huge warning sign.
Keep clear of that woman.

That's very bad and nothing to brag on.
She has a serious problem, not the men she's marrying.
Anyone can keep getting married over and over again. She needs to take time out away from marrying and figure out why she keeps marrying so much.
She needs to fix herself and once she does this, she won't need anyone else to fulfill her.

it is bad when someone has been married nine times, it shows her true colors, shows her character, whenever she doesn't like someone she just gets another. in the beginning she just knew how to get what she wanted from these men, she stroked their ego and made them feel special until she got what she wanted and became bored with them and moved on.

Since nature's cycle for sexual commitment with the oxytocin cycle is about 4.5 years on average, a woman might expect in the "best" of circumstances to manage about 30 years of fertility for about 6 partners. This woman is clearly an outlier, but nature always creates a few at each end of the spectrum to create diversity and new ways for a species to perfect itself.
Good or bad? Depends upon your point of view. Nature's viewpoint might smile upon her. Her children might have benefited from a wider range of fathers able to teach them more than a child from one father could possibly learn. Or, they may have been growing up in chaos, with a mother living only for herself, and stepfathers uninterested in them. The fathers? They may have enjoyed themselves with mother and children, had their own children with her and then moved on to other candidates for marriage. Or it may have been miserable. Likewise she may have been very happy shifting husbands so many times, or not.
Not enough info to judge really, unless you're dogmatically against divorce and remarriage.

Or maybe they only found out when it was too late.
Still, you have nothing to envy her for: she obviously doesn't know the meaning of commitment.
