Ok I Have Dell Laptop,and i use wireless internet and Every time i go into safe mode with networking i don't get internet. But if i connect directly using the enter net cable then i have internet how do i make it work wireless

Safe with netowrking ONLY works with CABLED network as it loads a MINIMAL driver set (ie NOT wireless stuff)
If you need the safe mode with netowrking environment it's for diagnostic purposes for for a short time, use a cable.

Similar to standard Safe Mode, but also adds essential services and drivers needed to start networking. Safe Mode With Networking allows Group Policy to be implemented, including those implemented by the server during the logon process, and those configured on the local computer.
