im earning minimum wage and cant afford expnsive lawyers

Look up legal aid in your phone book and call them and they will charge only what you can afford or not at all. You need a restraining order to keep him away from you and out of the house, and a divorce.

ummm your making minimum wage and want him to leave? sounds like he's protecting his investment.There is no way you can afford to even live in a shed on minimum wage! Why don't you leave? Move in with a friend or family member and collect half when the house is divided legally.
Why should he lose out because you are an uneducated loser?
