I WOULDN'T SAY I EXACTLY BELIEVE IN GHOSTS BUT I HAVE SEEN SOME STRANGE THINGS IN MY LIFE. THINGS WHICH COULD HAVE BEEN GHOSTS OR SPIRITS.

Well last summer my family and some of my friends went to my grandma's lake house like we do every year. The house was redesigned in 2004 with new flooring everywhere and new everything so it didn't seem haunted. Then one night all the adults left to go to a bar leaving us there at night. All of us are between 12 and 16 except my 3 year old brother who was sleeping upstairs. The rest of us were downstairs playing Guitar Hero. Then all of a sudden we heard some creaking upstairs. We all knew that sound meant that someone was walking upstairs. We all assumed it was the 3 year old. My sister goes up to check on him and she runs downstairs shortly after and tells us that he was SOUND ASLEEP!!!! We all knew that meant that either the floorboards creaked by themselves(highly unlikely) or there was a ghost or a strange person up there. My sister quickly gets my brother from upstairs. We kept hearing the creaking and then I started to shout GET THE RIFLE FROM THE CLOSET THERE IS SOMEONE UP THERE! We never saw a ghost or an intruder so I don't kow what it was.

I have had several encounters. One was at a hotel in Vancouver, Canada in July 2006. We were at a sci fi convention and many weird things were happening to people in one area of the hotel: a maid's vacuum caught on fire, one lady was thrown across her bed--in front of 3 friends, lights were doing weird stuff, the fire alarm went off, etc. The last day of the conference, at the closing party, I had taken a few photos with a digital camera and when we went up to the room to download them to the laptop, I noticed an aura around and across the guest of honor's head. We enlarged the area and there were 2 faces superimposed over his face. 2 not so nice faces. We made copies and took them back downstairs to the party.

Got plenty where do I start? Well the main ones are seeing a figure in my parents house real tall and brown, wearing I dunno a long coat I guess cause it kind of flaps out as he drifts thru their kitchen, I have seen that one many times. Another is a strange glow I have seen in the corner of a certain room in my parents house. Yet another, is the light turning on by itself in my brothers room at the same time the fan turned itself off in my room, tho that could have been some weird power surge. Seeing a chair moving side to side as though someone were lazily rocking it, tho nobody had been awake? Oh waking up every morning to a kettle that has somehow been boiled sometime before we woke, that was always puzzling. Even while watching TV one night while my daughter slept, I heard the kettle click on and boil like three times, got so scared I had to phone my boyfriend to come home, but he ignored me cause he was drunk and crashed down the steps at a mates place busting his chin, needless to say I refused to pick him up at the hospital it was his own fault for leaving me on my own! Yep I got tonnes, seems I am quite receptive. But I also got some great pics that were sent to me, if you haven't seem them I am sure I could e-mail them.
