Ah, I think I know what you mean:

What is "PERSIA"?

"PERSIA" is an acronym for Political, Economic, Religious, Social, Intellectual, and Artistic. It is a framework for organizing your thinking about history.
• Politics is about power, who uses it to govern (make and enforce rules), how power is used, and the goals one hopes to accomplish by using power. Politics is about public decisions and how those decisions are reached. Public power is usually exercised through governments.

• Economics is about how people use whatever resources they have to produce and distribute goods and services. Economics is about jobs, production, money, and markets. Economics helps us decide how to effectively use scarce resources. Economics is about daily survival; you have to have food and shelter to survive, and that usually takes money.

• Religion is about how people view God, organize to worship and serve God, and how this affects public and private life, especially the moral framework that guides people and society.

• Social is about how people live with other people, what groups (classes, associations, formal or informal) they belong to, the rituals of daily life, the patterns of interaction in a given society.

• Intellectual is about the life of the mind, the way people think about and express their knowledge about the human condition, and seek meaning through the pursuit of knowledge.

• Artistic is about the creative drive in people and the ways they express that creativity through various means (i.e., painting, sculpture, architecture, literature, music, etc.).

Persians established the first and biggest empire in the world more than 2500. By the leadership of Cyrus the great, all Iranian tribes were united and suddenly there was a new force on the world stage. A world which extended from egypt to greece and eastward to china. All that mattered happened inside this region , all the rest of the world was silent back then. Persians conquered most of this world and established a system that would enable them to reign over this vast land with many different people and tribes. They made the first post system for quick communication, they divided their territory into "satrapis" which are like modern day States or provinces. They made vast communication roads and these roads are very important in development of civilization. Iran's always been in the intersection of east and west so it connected the three continents and established vast commercial trades inbetween different nations. One of the keys to the success of persians in maintaning their empire for hundreds of years was their way of treating the defeated nations. It's always been the trait of all great victors to destroy and ruin the defeated cities and suppress and ensalve the defeated nations. But Cyrus the great -after conquering Lydia- not only didn't kill Croesus but made him one of his advisors. Now this Croesus was the last king of Lydia who attacked persians! Cyrus also issued the first charter of human rights, the evidence of which exists on a famous cylinder. After conquering Babylon, He granted freedom of religion for Babylonians and freed the slaves including the jews which is mentioned in Bible. One of the important categories in which persians contributed enormously is architecture. The remainings of Perspolis alone should tell us of the glory ,beauty and awe-inspiring skill and ability of persians in architecutre. The greatness of Perspolis isn't only in it's 2500 year old age or it's enormous size and importance of it's role as a palace which is the symbol of a great empire, the greatness of perspolis is that it's a piece of art! Every piece of stone there is like a piece of sculpture with beautiful shapes carved on it to convey a meaning. Moreover what makes Perspolis distinct from any other historic building is that Perspolis wasn't built by slaves! 2500 years ago the persian workers got paid for their job! This is very significant. Well I hope this very brief and sporadic account of persian civilization answers your question somehow. Eventhough it was very short and I only mentioned the first dynasty of Persian empire.
