i dont know what program your using, never heard of it, but i use something called jasc paintshop pro9 which allows you to BUTTONIZE an image, but i dont know about making it 3D - if you mean the whole image see if your program allows you to add effects such as BUTTONIZE

Sorry, you can't: you cant just take a 2D photo and "extrude" it into 3D.
There are various ways, all of them quite complicated.
Blender is NOT the program to use for this: it is more for creations of avatars, H-anims and "nature" forms.
Your picture is a man-made object, so it can be made by machines: that is where AutoCAD or 3DS max 8 enter the game.
You will have to design every bit of the picture in 3D, then TEXTURE it using your image. It is a long process.
Another way is to take 6 pictures of the objects (the six faces of a cube with the object in the center) and, using a VRML modelling program, make the object. Again a complex process.
3D realistic views of anything is a very complex and lengthy work: I have been doing it for many years.
Have a look at www.skytargets.com, the Pheonix Dodge City game development: it shows the step by step history.
Good luck anyway...
