Try a mild solution of bleach but leave it to soak over night. Might do the trick but mould is notoriously bad for getting off. You might be in luck because net curtains are only thin and will soak up the bleach better. Failing that there's some special net curtain cleaning solution you can buy. Comes in powder form and you just leave your curtains to soak and after a few hours they're gleaming

I'd suggest putting them to soak in a solution of Biotex or maybe Nappysan for a day or so then putting them through the washing machine as usual.

Launder in hot water with a fabric safe bleach. I prefer the oxygen-based (not chlorine) powdered stuff. (Like Oxyclean-the stuff Billy Mayes sells on TV infomercials)
You can even make a paste to soak into real problem areas, make sure to rinse well.

you could try this , it gets rid of rust marks on fabric
sqeeze fresh lemon juice on the mark, sprinkle liberally with salt - it should form a crust , if possible leave in the sun to work., leave for a few hours then launder as usual .

So long as they are white, soak in a weak solution of bleach then wash in the machine.
