It's Sunday, you've finished the housework, done the ironing, mowed the lawn etc, you sit down with a cup of coffee/tea and go Aahhh. job well done?

Blimey Gartom it is supposed to be a day of rest!!!!! Hubby and I did a boot fair this morning so now I am on here chilling out. My computor has gone coput so I am using his while I have the chance! My housework was done on Friday because we had three lots of people coming Saturday to view our house which is up for sale and two of the blighters didn't turn up! We got up early for the first one too!

Well.there's lovely for you ! I've got grandsons, football kits,bikes in the lounge. the kitchen is in order but just sorted out a dinner for mum, one for mother in law-no carrots, lasagne for one grandson, jacket potato for another. just taken off the sheets to wash and found some conkers in the kids; bed -2 cats in the bathroom -why ? and the bath- Jeez - the mud !! well the team won 13-0 and grandson scored 4 goals so that's ok. Soon I'll be taking them up my mum's until their parents pick them up after their w/end in London to see Grease -by the way , just got rid of 2 other grandkids whose parents went to Blackpool to see the lights for a couple of days

If I got that much done at home in a WEEK I would demand the coffee the aaahhh and a ticker tape parade! Good Job!

Oh yeah, it's a wonderful feeling of accomplishment. In Texas, it's either lemonade, iced tea, beer, or coffee, but the sense of accomplishment is the same.

lol me too!! I've ironed all the school uniforms, taken the dog out, cooked the sunday dinner even taken one around my neighbours, dishes are now in the dishwasher and I've forgot about the cuppa just going to put the kettle on, and well done you and me!!!

yeah its nice to have all that done for the new week cause life id to busy during the week so when you get things done and i can enjoy a few minutes i think its great
