Hornets do, as well as plenty of birds.

Not spiders! I saw a wasp get caught in a web once, the spider came to have a look and then ran back into it's little hole! Maybe a brave spider might give it a go.

Hi an English person answering you. When I was about 10, I had in my hand a lovely big sugary do`nut. Now u know when you bite it you always look to see how much jam you have got inside. Well in my jam was half a wasp. Guess where the other half was? (it was dead). So the answer is YES, it was me.

Plenty of things.
Robber flies
dragon flies
sometimes spiders(though more often the wasp eats the spider)
Lots of birds
ants, if they can find one
other wasps
many types of lizards(just last week I saw a anole with a hornet in its mouth.)
frogs

And tats all I can think of.

birds are probably the most common wasp-eaters, but not very many things will tangle with a wasp. Too dangerous.

I have the answer to your third question, but not any others haha... "Penguins feet are never allowed to get below freezing point, blood flow is finely adjusted so that they are kept just above. When it gets very cold, the feet are covered by the feathers and fat layer of the body so they are not exposed to cooling winds." "At low temperatures or when in the sea, the blood flow to feet and flippers is very low anyway so reducing heat loss further." "The muscles that operate feet and flippers are not located in the feet and flippers, but deeper in the warmer regions of the penguins body. The feet and flippers are moved by tendons that pass through them and attach to toes etc. like a sort of remote operation by wire or string. This means that it doesn't matter if the feet and flippers get really cold as they can still be operated normally by regions that are fully functional and at normal body temperature." "King and emperor penguins are able to tip up their feet, and rest their entire weight on a tripod of the heels and tail, reducing contact with the icy surface and so reducing heat loss."
