Erm, no. Sex has existed as long as there have been living organisms to do it. And as for the 'enjoyment' and 'fun' part, recreational sex has existed as long as there have been humans on the planet. Think about it for a second: America has only existed as it's own country for a dozen decades or so. People were having sex for fun waaaaayy before that. I know we all like to think our own country is the best, but you need a reality check now and then.

If it was a chore, nobody would have done it. It's been around longer than humans.
Also, explain why poor people have more kids than they can cope with money-wise? Because they are too poor to have contraception, but they still enjoy sex.
America did not 'invent' sex, and if you think it did, you obviously haven't seen much of the world.

How was it a chore,it's a basic instinct of all animals and humans.It's inbuilt in us to have sex.The only thing the Americans did was to take a basic instinct and create a mass amount of porn stars who don't actually enjoy it unless their high on crack and anyway saying that The dutch and the Germans are better at that than the Americans.And what about Asia they have a thriving sex industry.

Well the Marquis de Sade was doing it before America was discovered, and was writing about it before you gained independence, and that was most definitely NOT sex for procreation! So I think the answer to your question is no, Americans did not invent sex for enjoyment.

That's silly to think that. What about the Greeks, Romans and the French? I don't think that they thought it was a chore. Actually, probably very few people thought that. If they did, there wouldn't be so many people in the world.

No. Sex was never a chore. There were bars, brothels and sex clubs. Prostitution is the world's oldest profession. There are people who pay to enjoy.
