Getting in bed and covering up my head with the blanket. Wait that just makes me feel better. Talking to someone who had the same fear and overcame it.

depends---if it were getting over being scared of heights, there is nothing I can change about that. but, if it is something else just deep breathing and telling myself I can do this.
