Have you ever stepped aside knowing that the one you love deserves better? Was it worth the sacrifice or did you regret it later?

I havent noticed it yet but I think I already done that ever since I noticed the ever changing world that quickly passes by. Sometimes I notice that my own parents do this and that for me and my brothers and sometimes each or one of us bros do the same for each or almost all of our family members. As a lover and prince of fools..well lets just say that all sacrifices are like double edge swords, it may be hurtful to you but it will benefit another. Like any guys, I stand to my decisions with no regrets...

I would take the position that perhaps I really was not into someone and they deserved someone who really had strong feelings for them. I do not look at it as deserving someone who is "better." Rather, someone who is more compatible. I have never regretted breaking up with anyone. If two people are not suited to each other, it is best to move on.

Is it rather worth it? it rather is as much as you, each and every person has a diverse value gadget. It does sound like he's afraid that in case you have been to be SC president you're able to deserted him for a a strategies better social prestige guy.

yeah ....my current girlfriend......I have told her many times that she is way to good for me and she deserves someone who is going to love her the way she should and wants be loved......but she always tells me that I'm worth it....and she's not going to give up on me that easily.....so I think she's sacrificing more then I am ....I do regret not being able to give her the attention she give me ...

Yes, and even though I'm not over her and it hurts like hell; I'd do it again any day just to see how far she's come... Love is about sacrifice.
