There are none really, just be bold. You can blag your way into at least one, providing you send enough requests. That's the way i did it.

They do insist that you have a certain level of intelligence reflected by your A-level results. But this can be subject to change so if their pre-requisit is 3 Bs and you've got 2Bs and a C send it anyway. Heck i know a guy who got a CDE and applied to a Uni with a pre-req of CCC and he got in.

That's pretty much it, send loads of requests you'll get some rejections but chances are you'll end up with quite a few who want you to go to their uni so they can get their hands on your tuition money.

as far as education goes, in high school you will have needed to take:
4 yrs English
3yrs math
3years science
2yrs worth of extracurricular
4 yrs history
(I think, Im in college now so I barely remember high school!)
Also, you can look on college's web sites and see what they require

a high school diploma, some even accept GED. And your sat scores
