My dome light will come on and not go out for whatever reason. The car never over heats. Whats going on? Is it a fuse?where is it ? Was told it could be a bad battery connection. No one seems to have the answer.Previously said that my temp guage suddenly went to zero and ac was gone. Is this all connected ?

Get your Body Control Module scanned. That would be what most of your problems have in common. As for the low coolant light, it is most likely that your Dexcool has gelled around the sensor, located in the side of the radiator on the passenger side. It is square. If it is not there, the sensor is on your radiator reservoir on the side at the bottom facing the engine. As far as the temp guage dropping out, I think this problem is not connected to the coolant sensor. The 2001+ instrument cluster printed circuit boards have a service bulletin on them, and a recall is coming soon. First you might want to check the temperature sensor on your engine. If your coolant is gelled, it will affect the low coolant sensor, and also the temp sensor. Pull your radiator cap off and see if it is covered in corroded and gelled Dexcool. A simple flush may fix it if it hasn't damaged the sensors beyond cleaning. The dome light, AC, and temp guage circuits all run through the Body Control Module, and it is this module that feeds the messages to your info center. Hope this helps. As for a bad battery connection? Highly unlikely.

The low coolant level light is probably a coincidence. They go bad commonly, and aren't worth fixing in my opinion. Just make sure to keep your radiator and coolant overflow reservoir properly filled.
As to your other electrical problems, see if there's some GM service bulletin titles about those problems and if so, take the bulletin number to the dealer to fix the problem.

there is not any code that asserts the IAC is undesirable and desires changing. the subject must be analyzed via somebody who understands what they are doing. additionally asking the question yet returned can no longer get you greater advantageous answer.
