If you remove the tag on a mattress or pillow that says, "Do Not Remove' would be unwise?

to date a female police officer and have her spend the night. Could she use me, then arrest me for "Tag Removal"?

that is not the way it works. the tag is not to be removed in the store only by the consumer once they get it home. so you would have to remove it in the store and get caught and then you might get to meet a police officer about 6 feet tall and 300 pounds and you can explain to him why you did it.

no longer my mattress, yet a number of my pillows! haha - that jogs my memory - my one pal bumped off her tag from her pillow & all of us had her confident that the police have been going to come back arrest her for removing the tags. She very almost began to cry and he or she improve into like 2 many years previous!! LOL It improve into so humorous!!

Unless you made the mattress and sold it to yourself, then no. it is for the manufacture to claim what put into your mattress if you bought it then you can remove the tag. You should check with you local law enforcement agencies and the FBI first.
