Hiking (real hiking) and a packed lunch... but it has to be at a beautiful place with awesome landscape.
By doing this we would be able to talk without outside influences or distractions.

If it's warm, a picnic in the park or on the beach.
If it's cold, dinner at his place followed by a movie.

Dinner and dancing. It is so hard to find a dinner and dancing place nowadays. They used to be common. On a Friday night you'd go to dinner and at 8 o'clock they'd roll out a band and you could dance. I don't know of anyone that does that now.

On a beach in Oregon, lying on a blanket with...well, she knows who she is...under a clear, starlit sky, in front of a campfire making love and sharing a bottle of Barefoot.

somewhere quiet so you can get to know each other..like a picnic on the beach...or even a nice meal at home with soft music and wine. why are you asking? lol..
