Ive tried many many times to change my life, a whole new one but i keep failing to reach it
why ?

Perhaps because you're trying too hard to change too much? If you're discontented with your life maybe you're only seeing the bigger picture and not breaking it down into (a) manageable things that you can actually change and (b) the particular parts of your life that are making you unhappy.
If you try to make a list of the positives and negatives in your life, then look through the negatives and work out which of them you could actually change, then you need to break the task down into manageable chunks and change little things first.
After all, you wouldn't run a marathon with no training, would you? Or try to eat a 12 course meal in 5 minutes?

it depends on what you are trying to change.give your self reachable targets at first.some times we lose confidence in our abilities because we set ourselves up for disappointment on the first outing so to speak.in order to take big steps we need to prqactice with little steps first.decide what it is u want then slowly reach that goal.rome was not built in a day.it seems that everyone wants instant but there is no such thing.good and bad come that is the nature of the beast it's how we deal with it that gets the rewards.good luck
