Bill Maher . He may be a comedian but at least he is truthful and runs low on arrogance unlike Rush on both counts.

I'd have to say Rush Limbaugh. He's more intelligent.
Maher is a comedian and not even very funny.

What do you mean by 'better'? If you are referring to their politics there is only Limbaugh that speaks as though he understands what the media plays at,the only one that makes his arguments from positions of FACTS.Maher on the other side is a liberal that hates the Constitution(unless he can use it to make money ie:TV,books,"lectures") and is an advocate of socialism that couldn't give a damn if America is destroyed from within,because he is one of the numerous libs and fair-weather citizens that zealously work to that end.
Limbaugh-Maher....no contest...I'll take the American,not that globalist piece of appeasing garbage that fancies himself a comedian.The only thing funny about him is his charade as an American.
