I'm assuming you mean full-length jeans, which rules out high heels. If they are 3/4 or 7/8 length, then the following might not necessarily apply.

When wearing tight jeans, you want to show off only the tops of your feet; so definitely no sandals, peep-toes or slingbacks. That leaves flat ballet pumps (not metallic, they look too tarty), or canvas slip-ons with a low vamp. No socks.

Or you could wear your jeans tucked into Ugg-type boots -- especially the ones with ribbon laces.

If theyre blue like normal denim color then try open toed black stilletto heels like this:
