past 6 years now..they remove the cyst from my breast but i still have it.. i dont want to go in another operation.. who can help me about it.. i want it to be gone forever ... any best way to help with it without operation.?? im afraid of it.. even the doctor say's that it is not a cancer but i still worried about it.. help please... whats the causes and how to avoid this...

Our breasts are normally very lumpy and you could be dealing with something called fibrocystic breasts. Avoiding caffeine can sometimes be helpful as well.
