If it is 12:00 noon est then it is 5:00 pm bst or GMT

EST is Eastern standard time - the first timezone on the east coast of America, which is five hours behind us. So if you need to check it at 12 noon EST, then it is 5pm BST

I think that would be 5pm. I live in the EST and game online with a couple guys in England and Scotland. I believe you are 5 hours ahead of me.
