they out of control? I would hate to be out on the road when they are trying to get their next shot. There need to be some kind of limits set before more people get hurt.

BAN THEM!

But it isn't that easy is it?

I am not of the mind that celebrities belong to the public. I rather like looking at their screen personas as opposed to real life. My entire point of interest in celebs are the fact that they get me away from real life. I could careless what they ate at what restaurant and whether or not they are just like us and buy underware from K-mart...heck, I know they are not aliens!

Leave people alone!

I do NOT buy those stupid mags from the grocery store and if other people would quit buing them then the photographers couldn't make money so they wouldn't chase the celebs.

We are responsible for what is happening....we the people, who buy the mags.

Well, that is what I think

I think the paparazzi are to blame for the death of Diana that's for sure, no matter what the official reason is. Flashes going off in the face of the driver and the speeding to get away from the photographers definitely contributed to the accident.
The paparazzi should be charged with causing an accident or reckless endangerment if a celebrity or anyone else has an accident because of them. They're not above the law.

The paparazzi is a danger to anyone they are chasing. And I call it stalking. Why shouldn't stars have the same right to privacy as the rest of us do. It will be debated for years if the death of Diana and Dodi was caused by paparazzi or not, but they were the reason for the speeding. It just happened to Prince William. The paparazzi should be taken to task for the way they handle photo ops. Until then, no newsworthy person will be safe from them.

I do not think that you can ban these pests,as much as I would like to. It a free world and we hear so much about the freedom of the press. However I feel sure that there can be some form of legislation that restricts them chasing celebs in their cars and motor cycles. That's were the danger is.

I used to think it was the price of fame to have these people always after you. But now I fell it is just shameful how they hound people. After Princess Dianna died, the press hounded her sons relentlessly. I felt so bad for them, they were trying to deal with the loss of their mother and the press were like vultures honed in on the kill. Yes there should be limits to how and where they can be. But the fault is ours, we buy those magazines who pay for the pictures, so we are all part of the problem.

I would agree. They are scum. But banning someone from taking a picture is something we would come to regret.
