see.....I or anyone who u ask can give u 100s of tips ... we will ask u do this n do tat..may be u will follow some of it n u will really feel better for a while....but tat will all be very very temporary.......

if u really want to do sth abt this.. trust me n put one thing deep in ur mind tat the only one who can help u wid this is URSELF n only urself.. not tips

understand few things tat may help u to understand urself :-

1) " U R ALONE ENOUGH FOR URSELF "

the HOPE tat some one will come n give us some comfort wen we r sad n worried keeps us waiting n waiting for sth tat MAY never come..... so... understand tat u dont need people to fight ur problems.. u r enough for urself

2) " A PROBLEM (the worries u talk abt) CAN EITHER BE SOLVED OR IT CAN`T BE SOLVED- there is no intermediate...

so wen a trouble is troubling u, ask urself if u can solve it or not.. BE VERY VERY CLEAR IN UR MIND wheather u can solve it or u can`t.............if u can.... do it..... otherwise jus let go.. leave it n dont think abt it again"

start BELIEVING (just knowing it is not enough) in these theories.. n u will see the diff...

Sometimes you're in those moments where you jsut reach a drop in your mood and don't feel lke going on anymore?
Actually, the best method is either get lots of chocolate and sugar (As sugar helps bring you up i think? :D), or go out to do some sports (Sports actually makes you happier! And I'm sure the fresh air helps out too :D). But most of all, is to (sorry if this soudns horrible) just suck it up, squeeze your eyes shut for a good few seconds, then open wide and spring up to a stand, and take a new view of life :D. Think happy, get into a new mood, new work, maybe even some new clothes! Just drop the thing you're thinking about for a bit, get your mood back up, and carry on with life ;)

I'll give you some exercises you can try.

Words are easy to throw out on this problem, but difficult to execute.

I'm going to give you an exercise that requires no words.

The mind is complex. You're going to have to use your mind to solve it, you can use yoour tongue by repeating what you really want, but for some people this is difficult.

Go down to the nearesst pharmacy and pick up an eye cover. The type that you use on the airoplane to cover your eyes to sleep.

I also want you to pick up a pair of ear plugs, the best are the ones that look like stereo head phones.

When yoou are alone at home, I want you to wear the eye covers and sit up staight in a chair. If you do this, your mind will begin to send you visions, it wioll begin to clarify some thoughts to you.
Try this for 15 minutes, then for 30 minutes, you'll feel great after each session.

The ear plugs, I want you to wear as often as possible.
Don't worry what people think when they see you them on.

These will block out all unnecesssary sounds and will allow you to think much more clearly, you'll be very surprised at the results.

What gives yoou the obstruction to carry on are these two things
1. what you see
2. what you hear.

Take care of these two obstructions and your mind will help you solve this problem.

Talking about it to people helps me greatly. I can get ideas and good company is always a lift. Also, I remind myself that there is a solution to everything and that I just have to find it. Also, a good long walk in the fresh air lifts my spirits and help me feel better and think better.

Asking my friends to pray for me. I am thankful that I have friends who do that. It has kept me going many times, and resulted in almost-miraculous answers to my problems.
