I have over 40 years of hard work and programming experience. I write in so many languages that I have lost count.
And the more I know, the more I realise how little I know. With hundred of thousands programmers around the world, working around the clock, the evolution of programming (and the computer's electronics) is pacing 10.000.000 times FASTER than you! You CAN'T keep up.
Specialise in one set of language or one particular field. You can become very good at it (but the rest will suffer).
Good luck!

Lots of practice.
There are many online tutorials, find one that you like and work through it.

Update. Just found this good site for you.. http://www.functionx.com loads of tutorials and lots of information on many different programming languages. You could also look at http://www.programmingtutorials.org/
