on no.1 it is avg on. 2 it is kaspersky on no. 3 it is spyware and on fourth it is norton

The best way to remove a virus is to hire a professional computer guy to fix your computer. Of course that gets expensive. For most people it doesn't matter which one you use; The anti-virus companies all share their virus definitions anyway. The important thing is that you scan at least twice a week, and you know what to do if you find something. The first thing you want to do if you find a virus is delete it. If that doesn't work you want to get the virus name from you anti-virus and research the best way to kill it. That's how I do it, and I have very few virus problems. Also Firefox will help you avoid problems before they start, and if you're really serious about being safe. Get Linux, they don't really make viruses for Linux.
