I've been off the pill for 4 yrs and recently went back on after stepping into a new relationship. Its been two weeks and I feel nausea, tired, bloated, moody, tempermental, and emotional.

I magnify every little issue w/ my bf and give him a hard time w/ everything. I cry easily over stress I've been having and for some reason I feel like the pill is adding more affect to my emotions.

Is increasing the level of estrogen affecting my body and making me this way? Please adivise, thanks!!

Yes, it ca make some women moody. I would recommend talking to your doctor about this as well to see what they say. Also, ask about trying B6 in either a bottle by itself or as part of B Complex. I found it helpful for PMS issues as well. As for the nausea, I don't know what time you are taking it during the day but I found that when I took it in the a.m. I had more problems and when I switched to the evening I had better results.
