On on of the loading screens it reads that there are hidden sanctuaries in the cities other than Cheydinhal.
Could you possibly tell me if one could actually find these other sanctuaries and if so, where might I find them?

There isn't another sanctuary unfortunetly. (Although I believe there is a downloadable content which does add one, not too sure on this)

im sorry but the only sanctuary's in oblivion is the one under the abandoned house in cheydinhal,it means that in other provinces/city's there are sanctuary's. to join it kill someone then sleep in a bed

Darkbrotherhood one of the best bit in the game.
