no. get checked out though. it could mean myriad things. it could be: hormonal imbalancs, cancer, etc. i havent had one for 6 years.i think its hormonal. i have had a major weight gail over the last 6 years too.mine is probably hormonal or the symptoms seem like: polycycstic ovarian syndrome. google it
