I think it is impossible making a bunch of the three.
For Mussolini the 90% of social reform he did (from pension system to law codes to social security) survived pratically untouched up to the eighties. Up to the end of the eighties the "Rocco Penal Code" was yet used in Italy (depured of some fascists laws... or better turning them against fascism), and the first real changement of Civil code of 1942 was in 1973..... Social System was changed in the eighties, but fundamentals remained on the ones of the thrities up to neither 10 years ago.
Nazism was a superficial copy of Fasscism, with the adding of the odious racist laws.. Much less remained. Hitler left veyr few, apart the example of the Racist Ideological Dictator...
Stalin left much : well some million dead people, and the fundamental of the "Soviet Unioun" state that collapesed in the nineties..

Not much really. Stalin did help oppose Hitler and Mussolini but I think we'd have been off with someone else opposing that idiot (or just going in and dealing with them earlier).

I see nothing good that came out of fascism anywhere and about the only good that came out of communism was the secularisation of a lot of countries (though I don't approve of the methods they used).
