i know he handles him self but we have sex maybe once a month or even that, it has made me feel insecure and lately its like i do not know how to aproach him for sex i do not feel sexy because i know he always checking out porn or anything with young girls {not under age}i am frustrated and lonely HELP ME I NEED SEX!!!!!!

Assuming he's not cheating:
Take to your husband and find out what's wrong.
If he has a fetish for Vaseline, tell him he can use it on you if he enjoys it that much.
Or see a sex therapist.

You need a relationship first. Get a date with your husband. Have some fun. Learn about him. What needs of his are not being met in the relationship or in his life? What would he view as a perfect day? You? What would you like him to do? What would he like you to do? This is as much about life out of the bedroom as life in it. 15 years does not mean everyone gets to sit back on their laurels and let life happen. Step up and take charge of your life together and make it what you want it to be. You can't make him do what you want him to, but you can take charge of your own actions in the relationship and strive to make it better.
Become best friends and lovers again. Sex is not easy when there is resentment, anger stress in the house. Work out solutions to the underlying problems, get some,love and fun in your life and THEN sex will happen again. What is different now than it used to be? Don't let this relationship burn out and fade out. Make each other your top priorities again. Romance him. Ask to be romanced. Be kind. Shake things up. Porn is porn, but relationships need time and attention. Ask for his.

if he watches porn and doesnt have sex with you like you two should , men do not communicate like women he is saying he wants u to do something different maybe be really nasty girl when he gets home.. dress sexy do something different with your hair and he will like this.. then another day you two go out but take him to the adult store. You want to do this asap. 15 yrs of marriage is abig success BIG! Do what you know he will like ok talk sexy to him other than u normally do.
myhusband like me to wear biker pants with just his tie and cook dinner like that. have fun be like u were in the begining. it will work!
