Yes actually, and I'm 100% for real. I live in a small town called Murphysboro and we have what is known as the Purple Cow of Murphysboro.

Congrats, you must have discovered hallucinogenics. I have seen purple cows while not high. I worked for a daycare before, and kids will draw things in whatever color they feel like. Purple Cow is actually the name of a dessert I loved as a kid, it's like a root beer float but it's vanilla ice cream and grape soda instead.
