Yes.

Read Einstein's theory of Relativity. It isn't hard, I read it in 6th. grade.

The speed of the car has to be relative to some other thing. Since the headlights relative speed in comparison to the car is zero, they would work just fine.

If the car's relative speed to what ever your reference is is zero, but something passes the car at the relative speed of light, the headlights will not show it.

i think the source of the light would still work but it could not be perceived unless you were standing directly in front of it. if you were on the side, you would notice no differene in the speed of the car and the speed of the lights. if you were in the car, you would have bigger things to worry about...infinite mass and the cessation of time

first of all this is an assinine question. But fun. If it could then i would say they would still work. If you turn on a light then you turn on a light. It makes no difference on how fast you are going when you flip a switch respectively.

I believe the headlights would work, but you wouldn't see any light shining in front of the car. If you were standing in the road, you MIGHT see the light a nano second before you were run over?

No,

when moving at the speed of light, the electrons in the wires would be infinitely heavy - so no amount of electric power could produce a current, so the lights would not turn on.

:P

A car could not travel at the speed of light so the question itself doesn't even make any sense.

well, since it was the speed of light, we couldn't even see it, but saying our bodys and eyes were capable of preciving it, i doubt the the light would have time to hit anything, so doubtfully

And the car would probably explode, great question

No. During that time, the car will be pure energy already assuming it won't be destroyed.

In English, it's like everything becomes one. Light. Energy.

there's a chance that being at that speed and turning them on [the effect] could send you to another universe (create a time rift)
