no i would never do that.
i even have pictures of people i absolutly hate and dispise, but i would never destroy somthing, because they are memories. good or horrible i want to remember everything.

No, because the most important keepsake I keep is the love that still exists, ex or not. That's the most important gift given as well as received.

i love a number of the concepts you have become: a million. save them contained in the storage once you've one. you may pull one or 2 out at the same time as she is composed of visit and placed cakes on them. 2. provide them away- to the Goodwill, Salvation military or different charities. 3. promote them in a backyard sale. Use the money to purchase her a constructive present -- possibly for Christmas or her birthday. i'd not in basic terms throw them away consisting of your trash. they'd properly be used indirectly or yet another! in case your mom says something, tell her you get exhilaration from her efforts, yet you've sufficient dishes, etc. she will keep her money for something 'massive' or 'constructive' for you (or herself for that celebrate).

no, if they're good, I keep them!
I got a diamond necklace from an ex, took it to the jeweler, had the setting changed, good as new! Some of them, I sell on ebay :)

well, i through away all the gifts my first ex gave me
i saved some from my second until my son was older and let him have them
other guys gifts have been known to fly over bridges into rivers- jewelry mostly

That all depends..if I look at the gift and I feel pain by looking at it, I get rid of it. I don't need to be remembered how it hurt-ed when he left.

Yes, I get rid of them. Even of the precious and expensive ones. That's a symbolic token for a complete dettachment from the past.

Sometimes I pawn some things and give away some things. lol!! I depends on how bad the relationship ended!!

if you were dating someone you hate and don't want any memory's of him/her than yes but if you really like the presents then keep them but if it was expensive like a gold ring than you MUST give it back!!!!

No, i still have them,but there is a difference.They dont mean anything anymore to me, they are just objects.The important is that my mind and soul are free, so the meaning of these gifts is just...material
