when i put it into a map search engine it comes up with 398 miles for a 5 hr. drive I beg to differ.

Don't trust mapquest for times. They assume you're driving the speed limit. Hwy 5 is very congested at certain days and times. I agree with 6-7 hours...at least.

I live in Tustin and drive to Raider home games in oakland and have made it in under 7 hours!

about 397 miles so probably 6 to 7 hours depending on traffic

are you talking about from anaheim to oakland via highway
101 or interstate 5 ?.
